Cincinnati's first charitable pharmacy fills prescriptions at no cost for people who can't afford them and have no insurance. Since opening, we've dispensed more than a million prescriptions across three access points.
Before you come
Who qualifies & what to bring
- Live in Greater Cincinnati
- Have no prescription-drug insurance coverage
- Income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
- Bring a photo ID, a current prescription, and proof of income

A photo ID, your prescription, and proof of income. Our staff will help if anything is missing.

A licensed pharmacist reviews your medications, counsels you, and fills what you need — free.

Questions, answered
Does it really cost nothing?
Yes. There is no charge for eligible neighbors, ever — including counseling.
Do you carry my medication?
We carry most common maintenance and acute medications. Call ahead and we'll confirm.
Is help available in Spanish?
Yes — bilingual staff and pharmacists are available at the Bank Street location.
